  Lupe was very dismissive and rude even on a non busy day. Played loud music in store almost ignoring my questions. Been there multiple times worked with the same person and watched work with others. Gave me false information on my account and wasn’t helpful to fix any situation there. This is a pay bill or purchase item place not very helpful with service . Might as well have a robot . Good place to go is the one by dollar tree , they really help you figure your problems out . They aren’t lazy or rude.
