  Exceptional service!
  
  I had a flat tire at 5:05 pm on one cold winter evening 2 years ago. The mechanic I had used before was closed & did not answer their phone. I called Dukas and the manager answered the phone even though they had just closed.
  
  He said to have the tow truck leave my car in their lot & put the keys in the mail slot & they would look at it the next morning.
  
  When I explained the I was unable to walk the 1/2 mile home from the Dukas Auto Shop, and I had no one who could give me a ride home, he said to call him when we were on our way to the shop & he would drive back to work & give me a ride home.
  
  It took over an hour for the tow truck to arrive & take my car & me to the auto shop.
  
  The manager packed his young kids in his truck & came in to give me a ride home.
  
  It was above & beyond any service I have had before. They truly care about their customers.
  
  I have been using Dukas ever since.
